Terms and Conditions of Suha Travels
1. Booking and Payments
1.1. All bookings made through Suha Travels are subject to availability and final confirmation by Suha Travels and/or its travel service providers.
1.2. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the selected travel package, hotel, flight, tour, or service.
1.3. Prices may change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airline fare changes, hotel rate changes, supplier price updates, government taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
1.4. Final payment must be completed within the specified deadline to confirm and secure the booking.
1.5. Failure to make payment within the required time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the selected travel package, airline, hotel, tour operator, or third-party service provider.
2.2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Suha Travels through email, message, or any official communication channel.
2.3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the policies of the relevant suppliers or service providers.
2.4. Service charges, transaction fees, bank fees, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
2.5. No refund will be provided for unused services after the trip has started, including unused hotel nights, transport, tours, meals, tickets, or other travel arrangements.
3. Travel Documents and Requirements
3.1. Travelers are fully responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, entry permits, travel insurance, health certificates, vaccination documents, and any other required travel documents.
3.2. Suha Travels shall not be responsible for any loss, cancellation, denied boarding, immigration refusal, penalty, or additional cost caused by incomplete, invalid, expired, or incorrect travel documents.
3.3. Travelers must comply with the immigration rules, health regulations, safety guidelines, and local laws of Thailand and any destination country included in the trip.
3.4. Suha Travels may provide general guidance regarding travel requirements, but the final responsibility remains with the traveler.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. Suha Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, transportation, tour schedules, or other travel arrangements due to weather conditions, supplier changes, operational issues, safety concerns, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. If any changes are required, Suha Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives of similar value or standard.
4.3. Any changes requested by the traveler after booking confirmation may be subject to availability, supplier approval, and additional charges.
4.4. Any extra cost caused by traveler-requested changes shall be paid by the traveler.
5. Liability and Responsibility
5.1. Suha Travels acts as a travel agency and intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, restaurants, attractions, and other suppliers.
5.2. Suha Travels shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, cancellation, damage, service failure, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
5.3. Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, valuables, behavior, and compliance with local laws during the trip.
5.4. Suha Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the travel period.
5.5. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect travelers against unexpected events, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, lost baggage, accidents, and other risks.
6. Force Majeure
6.1. Suha Travels shall not be held responsible for any delay, change, cancellation, loss, or additional expense caused by events beyond our control.
6.2. Such events may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, airport closures, flight cancellations, or supplier disruptions.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Suha Travels respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting personal information.
7.2. By using our services, customers agree that Suha Travels may collect, use, and share necessary personal information for booking, reservation, visa processing, travel arrangements, customer support, and related services.
7.3. Personal information may be shared with airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, visa centers, insurance providers, or other relevant third parties when required to complete travel services.
7.4. Suha Travels will take reasonable steps to protect customer information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Thailand.
8.2. Any dispute, claim, or legal matter arising from the use of Suha Travels’ services shall be handled under the appropriate legal jurisdiction of Thailand.
9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1. By booking any travel service with Suha Travels, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
9.2. Suha Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
